Resilience is seeing a storm as a maker of sailors, not a destroyer of ships.

Resilience is seeing a storm as a maker of sailors, not a destroyer of ships.

Life's storms or problems are not only bad things that can ruin us but chances to get better and stronger. Like a sailor facing a big storm at sea. Sure, the storm is scary and can damage the ship, but it also helps the sailors learn how to handle challenging situations.

Even if the ship gets a bit banged up, the sailors learn how to handle any storms that come their way. In the same way, we gain greater resilience by going through life's storms.

So when you find yourself in one of life's storms, remember they help us learn how to navigate life so we can grow and become stronger.
