As the Founder and CEO of Waypoints, and the CEO of Buttercupp Candles, he has manifested his deep-rooted passion for creating beautiful experiences and facilitating personal development in unique and meaningful ways.

KC spent over two decades of his career serving as a pastor. This experience allowed him to profoundly understand the power of empathy, patience, and faith in nurturing and transforming lives. These values continue to permeate his entrepreneurial ventures, making his businesses more than just commercial entities—they are platforms for positive change.

In 2015, KC established Waypoints Coaching, an organization rooted in his vision of helping people navigate the winding roads of life. Waypoints provides individuals with the tools and guidance needed to reach their full potential, find their personal 'true north,' and make life better. It embodies KC's belief in the power of personal growth and his dedication to aiding others in their journey.

In 2019, KC and his wife, Jennifer, founded Buttercupp Candles, a globally recognized candle, bath, and body company. His venture's dedication to creating high-quality and artisanal products rapidly gained an enthusiastic following. Buttercupp Candle's explosive growth demonstrates KC's entrepreneurial acumen, which he teaches through Waypoints Business Coaching.

With a foot in the worlds of entrepreneurship and spirituality, KC is a trailblazer in his own right. He is a living testament to the power of combining passion with purpose, business acumen with empathy, and entrepreneurship with philanthropy.

KC is married to his wonderful Jennifer and has three children, Rachael, Ellie, and Carter. Pet dad to his two dogs, Norah, Clive, and cat Diggory. My favorite ways to relax are reading and running.
