I’m married to my beautiful wife Jennifer for 20 years, has three children Rachael (18), Ellie (14) and Carter (11).
I’ve worked in the for-profit and non-profit sector in the Quad Cities for twenty-two years as a Pastor, CEO, business owner, and consultant. I’m the founder of The Life Organized Company, a life and business productivity coaching organization and Chief Operations Officer for the Heritage Church Network.
When I was 17 years old, my pastor gave me a copy of John Maxwell’s book, “Developing The Leader Within You.”
That book set my life on a path of becoming a life-long learner.
I wanted to learn everything I could about leadership, productivity and personal development.
I developed not only a hunger for personal growth but a passion for helping people reach their full potential.
My love for God and desire to help others led me to be a productivity coach.
And now for almost 22 years, I’ve been helping people gain the clarity, focus, and direction needed so they can live their best life and do great work.
